Commercial Agreement

Terms of Service

Applicable to all custom manufacturing orders, upholstery fitments, and workshop bookings.

1. Service Scope & Custom Fabrication

BAMADORI designs, custom-cuts, fabricates, and installs tailored automotive seat covers, upholstery panels, and interior accessories. Because each installation is manufactured based on custom specifications and client-selected color configurations, fabrication begins only upon receipt and verification of payment proof.

2. Payment Terms & Instapay Verification

Orders placed through our booking terminal require payment transfer via Instapay to our authorized recipient number (01211487856). Clients must upload a clear screenshot of the confirmed transaction.

Our staff manually verifies all submitted receipts. In the event of an unverified, mismatched, or illegible receipt, the order status will be marked as rejected with an explanatory note, and the client will be granted the opportunity to resubmit valid transaction proof before the scheduled slot is forfeited.

3. Strict 48-Hour Cancellation, Fees & Refund Policy

✓ Cancellation Window (≥ 48 Hours Prior):

Clients may cancel their workshop appointment directly via the “My Orders” dashboard up to exactly forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled installation slot.

250 EGP Cancellation Fee & 72-Hour Refund Timeline:

Upon cancellation, a standard administrative and bay reservation fee of 250 EGP is deducted from the total paid amount to cover workshop allocation and CAD queue processing. The remaining balance will be refunded and transferred back to your Instapay or bank account within up to 72 hours from the time the cancellation is submitted.

✕ Non-Cancellation Window (< 48 Hours Prior):

Within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment time, reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, and the cancellation button is automatically locked and removed by the platform. Because all seat covers and cabin panels are custom-tailored to order, irreversible material cutting, pattern plotting, and dedicated technician bay allocation commence precisely 48 hours in advance.

4. Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition & Intake Liability

Prior to commencement of installation, BAMADORI staff and the vehicle owner conduct a joint vehicle walkaround inspection.

The client is strictly responsible for documenting and noting any pre-existing cabin blemishes, cracked trim, worn electronics, torn OEM upholstery, or mechanical seat track issues. BAMADORI accepts zero liability for pre-existing vehicle defects not documented on the vehicle intake sheet at check-in.

5. Product Specifications & Standard Disclosures

BAMADORI manufactures aftermarket custom-fit aesthetic seat covers and interior panel trims. Unless an official laboratory certification document is explicitly presented in writing, BAMADORI makes no claims regarding independent vehicle safety standards or deployment compliance. Clients are responsible for ensuring covers are installed according to guidance.

6. Workshop Scheduling, Punctuality & No-Show Rules

Workshop bay slots are allocated in 60-minute increments during operating hours (Sunday through Thursday).

Punctuality Policy:

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may have their installation session postponed or rescheduled to the next available workshop opening. Because each bay is reserved exclusively for a single client, punctuality protects the schedule of subsequent vehicle owners.

7. Age Requirement & Legal Capacity

By registering an account, utilizing the 3D configurator, or booking an appointment, you affirmatively certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Egyptian law. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to submit orders or schedule workshop appointments without express written consent from a legal guardian.

8. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any commercial contracts entered into with BAMADORI shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted under the commercial, consumer protection (Law No. 181/2018), and data protection (Law No. 151/2020) laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising hereunder shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
